1日中、机上、椅子座って画面をガン見、腰痛・眼精疲労ドライアイ・桃膝足首痛・手首痛・頭痛・疲労困憊。机と椅子と体力が合っていない苦痛の中もぅ何十年経ったかな…(~_~;)
