鰤大根

大阪府のＴ店のぶり大根、400円外税。意識高い系の雰囲気の割に、味つけがやたらと濃い。煮詰まり過ぎたのか。素材の味は生臭みとなるのみ。そして三切れある鰤の肉の二切れがくっついていた。あまつさえ、あらを用いず。どこを目指しているのかわからない一品であった。生の針生姜はいい仕事をするのだが。(2021年)
